We recommend booking at least 3-6 months in advance for major events like weddings. For corporate events, 1-2 months is usually sufficient. However, we do accommodate last-minute bookings based on availability.
We're based in Dodoma but serve events throughout Tanzania. Travel costs may apply for locations outside major cities, which we discuss during the quotation process.
All packages include professional MC services, pre-event consultation, event timeline management, and basic sound system. Premium packages add additional services like bilingual hosting, scriptwriting, and extended hours.
Yes! We offer MC services in English, Swahili, and can accommodate bilingual events. Please mention your language requirements when contacting us.
Cancellations made 30+ days before the event receive a full refund. 15-29 days notice receives 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable but may be rescheduled based on availability.
